Job Summary
Appointment Setter role for a health-tech/nutrition client; perform high-volume outbound calling to leads, manage leads in CRM, and drive attendance and scheduling for programs. Must speak flawless English during shifts, be able to build rapport with an older US-based audience, and consistently meet daily dialing targets and weekly appointment-setting benchmarks. Responsibilities include lead management, pipeline optimization, converting attendees to calls, CRM task management, and achieving performance metrics. Requires 150+ dials per day, a warm, empathetic demeanor, and experience in outbound sales or appointment setting; familiarity with Close CRM is a plus. Shift options align with EST hours (full-time, Mon-Fri).
Required Qualifications
- Experience in appointment setting or outbound sales desirable
- Excellent English verbal skills
- Comfortable using CRM software (Close CRM a plus)
- Ability to handle high-volume dialing (150+ dials/day)
