Engage with retail shoppers to introduce ARS heating and air conditioning services, acting as a Brand-Ambassador and Promotions Specialist. Explain service options, system upgrades, and comfort improvements while functioning as a Lead-Generator to schedule in-home consultations and tune-ups with service technicians. Maintain a professional appearance and attend weekly in-office meetings. This part-time or full-time role requires weekend availability and reliable transportation, offering hourly pay plus uncapped commission.
Required Qualifications
- Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with customers in a retail environment, acting as a product-consultant and support lead-generation efforts
- Ability to stand and walk during shifts
- Weekend and some holiday availability
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
- Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
