Job Summary
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and building lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities include consistently making 8-10 outbound calls per hour to schedule sales appointments, nurturing prospects through their journey, and utilizing a CRM system for tracking interactions. You will align with marketing initiatives, record performance metrics, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, effective time management, and prior CRM experience.
