Appointment Setter & Lead Qualifier for a fully remote role supporting a U.S.-based sales team. Responsibilities include asking targeted qualifying questions to identify decision-makers, scheduling high-quality appointments for the sales team, maintaining CRM records, and timely follow-ups to reduce no-shows. Requires 2+ years in appointment setting or related sales support, ability to handle 250+ outbound calls/day, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and a professional remote workspace.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in appointment setting, lead generation, outbound calling, or sales support roles
- Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound calling (250+ calls/day)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with CRM management and scheduling skills
