Job Summary
Appointment Setter to conduct high-volume outbound calling and SMS outreach to warm and purchased leads, engage prospects quickly to secure scheduled appointments, gather basic client information, collect light qualifying details, and book appointments directly onto the broker’s calendar with clean handoffs. Role focuses on scheduling meetings (no closing) within a remote-first environment; requires 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, starting at 8:00 AM EST, and uses Ringy CRM and VanillaSoft for dialing/leads in a fast-paced, SMS-heavy workflow.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in appointment setting, sales development, or outbound sales
- Strong phone presence and confidence in high-volume calling environments
- Comfortable with SMS-based communication and fast response times
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up habits
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Results-driven with a focus on booking meetings, not selling
