Job Summary
Conduct outbound calling to contact and qualify small-business owners, utilizing warm leads provided by 1-800Accountant to schedule initial interactions with the sales team. Educate clients on tax implications of business ownership and upcoming deadlines while building value in consultations. Lead one-call-close appointments via telephone, completing approximately 300 calls daily in a fast-paced environment. Complete a two-day paid training program featuring live call listening and role-playing.
Required Qualifications
- Professional phone presentation
- Excellent listening skills
- Strong writing skills
- Ability to read a script
- High School Diploma
- Associates Degree
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
- Must be able to pass a background check
