Appointment Scheduler

Register and schedule inpatient, outpatient, and surgical appointments for patients, physicians, and staff while serving as the front line of communication by answering incoming calls. Review existing patient and insurance information for accuracy, register new patients with demographics and eligibility verification, and search schedules to match patient needs with available physician, location, date, and time. Confirm appointments, coordinate interpreters for non-English speaking patients, and manage rescheduling for blocked-out days. Resolve patient complaints, route issues to appropriate departments, and communicate account errors to management. This full-time role in Woodbury, MN includes switchboard and clinic navigator duties, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
