Job Summary
Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments for all practices, including initial consultations, follow-ups, and procedures, using the EMR. Confirm bookings, insurance, and patient instructions while managing rescheduling or cancellations to accommodate patient needs. Deliver exceptional service by addressing inquiries on procedures and office policies with clarity, ensuring patients receive necessary preparation guidelines. Update patient demographics, insurance, and medical history in the EMR while maintaining strict compliance with privacy regulations. Handle rescheduling or cancellations, accommodating patient needs while managing the office's scheduling requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a healthcare or call center setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with dermatology procedures
- Professional and empathetic attitude when dealing with patients
- Strong organizational abilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Monday through Friday (Onsite)
Desired Qualifications
