Job Summary
Represent Aspen at various retail venues and events with professionalism and enthusiasm; engage customers to understand home improvement needs and interests; schedule appointments for potential clients with our sales team to ensure a seamless transition. Includes full-time schedule with weekends, paid training, benefits, and opportunities for commissions/bonuses. Must be able to travel as needed and have reliable transportation; strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- High energy, outgoing personality, and a passion for meeting new people
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required by store schedules
