Job Summary
Greet and engage customers face-to-face at assigned retail locations to generate interest in scheduling HVAC, water treatment, and plumbing maintenance and replacement appointments. Utilize the store script to obtain estimates and leads, then set appointments while maintaining relationships with store leadership and staff. Assist with training new hires bi-weekly and attend required monthly meetings. Must be organized, follow processes to schedule customers, and meet minimum monthly expectations. Requires standing or sitting for 4-8 hours, reliable transportation, and smartphone access. Entry-level role with no prior sales or HVAC experience needed; training provided. Part-time positions available starting at 20 hours per week with one weekend day required.
Required Qualifications
- Required to be standing/walking or sitting for 4-8 hours at a time
- Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
- A+ communication and customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a smart-phone and daily access to email and text
- Must maintain minimum monthly expectation
- Attend required monthly meetings and trainings
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen (excluding Marijuana due to Arizona law changes)
Desired Qualifications
- Retail sales experience highly preferred
Additional Requirements
- No HVAC or Water Treatment experience needed; training provided
- Must be able to stand/walk or sit for 4-8 hours at a time
