Job Summary
Greet customers at retail displays and walk through stores to engage shoppers in conversations about home service needs. Explain product features and benefits while soliciting information on individual requirements, then schedule appointments for Sales Consultants to visit homes for estimates. Build rapport with store leadership, attend monthly meetings and trainings, and represent the company professionally. This entry-level role requires standing or sitting for 4-8 hours, reliable transportation, and smartphone proficiency. Base pay starts at $18.00 with uncapped commissions, offering PT or FT shifts beginning at 20 hours weekly. One weekend day is required.
Required Qualifications
- Required to be standing/walking or sitting for 4-8 hours at a time
- Must be outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated
- A+ communication and customer service skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have the ability to use smart-phone utilizing email and text
- Willing to undergo background check
- One weekend day is required
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience working is retail is highly desired but not required
