Job Summary
Appointment Centre Scheduling Executive responsible for handling appointment coordination, including responding to inquiries from patients and referring clinicians, managing appointments, and ensuring a seamless scheduling process in a healthcare environment. Provide high-quality customer service via phone and written communication; accurately log and manage all incoming queries; take ownership of queries with timely follow-up and resolution; aim for high first-call resolution and escalate as needed; input and update scheduling information in internal systems with data integrity; make outbound calls to confirm appointments; handle complaints per guidelines; collaborate with team leads and colleagues; monitor query trends and propose improvements to FAQs or internal processes; report recurring issues to the team lead; perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficient in call handling and customer service delivery
- Computer literacy with data entry experience
