Job Summary
Load and unload tires manually, processing 1,000 tires daily within a set time frame while performing order picking and selecting. Work on your feet for extended periods, repetitively lifting up to 80 pounds, and pivot, turn, and move heavy loads throughout your shift. Adhere strictly to safety policies, operating procedures, and punctuality requirements, reporting to work on time every day you are scheduled. This physical role involves mandatory overtime opportunities and requires bilingual English/Spanish skills, steel-toed boots, and passing a 10-panel drug screen and E-verify.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Must be able to lift, pivot, turn & move up to 80-pound tires throughout your shift
- Must be able to report to your shift on time and work the entire shift
- Must have steel toed boots or steel toed shoes
- Must be able to work flexible shifts (overtime is mandatory when necessary)
- Must pass E-verify
- Must pass a 10 panel drug screen
