Job Summary
Prepare for jobs by cleaning trucks, restocking materials, and protecting surfaces at sites. Assist lead techs by feeding tools and parts, then keep work areas clean and return equipment to the truck as jobs finish. Engage in all company meetings and training sessions while asking questions to maximize information from mentors. Master company processes, scripts, and protocols, and submit points in the Tennessee Standard Apprentice app as you gain experience. Take all safety precautions including proper driving practices. Work 9-10 hours daily Monday through Friday to support company growth and move licensed techs through jobs faster.

- Assist techs with protecting surfaces and preparing tools/materials in homes and other jobsites after work is sold
- Facilitate the lead tech's work by feeding him the tools and parts needed
- Ask a lot of questions to draw as much information as possible from the lead tech
- Take charge of keeping the work area clean and quickly get tools and materials back to the truck as the job is nearing completion
- Take all safety precautions by utilizing all proper safety tools/equipment while performing work (including safe driving practices)
- Purpose to be positive energy for the team, staying upbeat and energized regardless of the obstacles or circumstances
- Work hard to gain the respect of lead techs, management, and fellow apprentices
- Master the knowledge and execution of all company processes, scripts, and protocol
