Job Summary
Implement ORBIS application introductions with a focus on patient administration, managing workflows from intake through billing preparation and final accounting. Execute process optimizations alongside clients using the ORBIS Framework IBIL, handling administrative statistics for both outpatient and inpatient settings. Travel extensively up to 80% across D-A-CH regions for on-site support and project management tasks. Apply for the position with a motivation letter, resume, and certificates by September 30, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- kaufmännische Ausbildung im Krankenhaus oder in der Sozialversicherung
- Betriebswirtschafts-/Informatikstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung in einem der Bereiche stationäre und/oder ambulante Patientenadministration
- Umgang mit modernster IT und deren Organisationsmitteln
- aufgeschlossenes sowie souveränes Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
- hohe Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 80% D-A-CH-weit)
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
