Job Summary
Manage the application support for nursing documentation systems, including KIS and PDMS modules, by analyzing requests, identifying solutions, and ensuring operational efficiency. Collaborate with nursing departments to implement tailored solutions, conduct error analysis, and drive the development of custom software within agile IT projects. Coordinate with service providers for troubleshooting, implementation, and project coordination to guarantee seamless system integration. Document all solutions and maintain a knowledge database to support continuous improvement. Requires multiple years of experience in nursing application administration and familiarity with nursing documentation systems.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studiums der (Medizin-) Informatik oder Ausbildung im Bereich IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Applikationen im pflegerischen Bereich
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Desired Qualifications
- Eine zusätzliche pflegerische Qualifikation von Vorteil
- Idealerweise Projekterfahrung im IT-Umfeld zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
- Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamplayer-Mentalität
- Kenntnisse über die bei uns eingesetzten Anwendungen der Pflege, insbesondere das Pflegedokumentationssystem und die Pflegemodule von KIS und PDMS
