Job Summary
Conduct on-site technical requirement analysis for machine configuration, OT integration, and OPC UA interface coordination. Configure Hopper software for specific processes and train operators, shift leaders, and process engineers. Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring transition to stable operation and providing ongoing technical support. Translate shopfloor feedback into structured feature requests for the development team.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Kunststofftechnik, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik o.ä. — oder Technikerausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung, insbesondere Spritzguss — Einrichtung, Optimierung, Fehlerdiagnose
- Erfahrung mit mindestens einer gängigen Spritzgießmaschinensteuerung (z.B. Arburg Selogica/Gestica, Engel CC300, Demag NC5)
- Grundverständnis industrieller OT-Umgebungen: OPC-UA, Maschinendaten und Edge-Devices
- Erfahrung in der Koordination technischer Projekte, strukturierte eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Deutsch verhandlungssicher
- Englisch B2 (Unternehmenssprache)
- Reisebereitschaft ca. 10–20 % (Deutschland + EU)

- Erfahrung mit Extrusionsprozessen
- Kenntnisse in Datenanalyse oder Industriesoftware-Einführungen
- Sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools wie Claude oder ChatGPT im Berufsalltag
