Job Summary
Conduct end-to-end Proof-of-Value projects, including architecture, RAG, and guardrails, to translate customer strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases. Build creative LLM/Agent-based prototypes during customer hackathons and facilitate workshops to derive improvement measures in core business functions. Present results and realized value to C-level executives while managing multiple projects across accounts at different stages of the value journey. Provide feedback to product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform based on new use cases.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement and respective Software deployment
- Ideally in a customer-facing role in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering or IT/Management Consulting with a Business Software / SaaS Provider or a Consultancy
- Alternatively in an Inhouse role (e.g. Center of Excellence for Data Mining / Analytics / Intelligence) within an Enterprise
- Good knowledge of Business Software / SaaS applications (e.g. SAP/ Oracle)
- Experience with implementing RPA and/or BI Tools and/or building Dashboards, Apps and Action Flows
- Hands-on Experience with Process Mining tools and technologies
- Hands-on Python, AI building and consulting experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in identifying business use cases for business process improvement and deploying improvement measures, being a change agent and training users/process owners to realize value
- Domain and industry knowledge such as Supply chain, finance, CPG, BFSI, Manufacturing etc.
- Experience in planning and managing project scopes, expectations and timelines
- Experience in preparing and communicating (value) roadmaps and results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Hands-on experience building agentic systems using LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, and prompt engineering, while ensuring safety through rigorous evaluations and guardrails
- Working knowledge of tools in the LLM ecosystem such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other OSS packages
- Experience in deploying and monitoring models at scale across major cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex)
