Job Summary
Applied Learning Teacher leading the Future Ready middle school elective program with hands-on, project-based experiences designed to connect school to real-life skills. Responsibilities include creating engaging experiences, fostering collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving; building strong relationships with middle school students and families; integrating technology and real-world applications into instruction; helping students develop confidence, independence, and leadership; and collaborating with faculty to align experiences with the school’s mission and values to cultivate a positive, innovative, and future-focused school culture. The role emphasizes experiential learning, leadership development, technology integration, entrepreneurship, and life-skills education to prepare students for future success beyond traditional academics.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with middle school students
