Job Summary

Administer and operate Data Protection security tools, including agent-based software on Windows and Unix servers, while applying patches and performing daily monitoring of system logs and services. Configure, troubleshoot, and establish operational procedures for detective and preventative policies, incorporating automated alerting where possible. Support the Cyber Security Operations Center with incident handling and coordinate with infrastructure teams to deploy new assets and resolve issues without impacting business systems. Develop and maintain SOPs and runbooks to ensure system uptime and performance, providing regular status updates to leadership. This role requires 24/7 coverage with an on-call rotation involving evenings and weekends, and includes occasional travel to the DR datacenter.
