Job Summary
Develop and implement GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using Python to automate and enhance decision-making processes across banking-related workflows. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify business needs and create NLP/ML solutions that drive transformation. Apply large language models, ML techniques, and statistical analysis to improve workflow efficiency across investment functions, client services, and operational processes. Collect and curate datasets for model training and evaluation; perform experiments with different model architectures and hyperparameters; determine objective functions and evaluation metrics; run statistical analysis of results; monitor and improve model performance with feedback and active learning. Collaborate with technology teams to deploy and scale models in production; deliver written, visual, and oral presentations of modeling results to business and technical stakeholders; stay up-to-date with advances in LLMs, ML, and data science to drive ongoing enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in quantitative/technical discipline or significant practical industry experience
- 4+ years experience applying NLP/LLM/ML techniques to business problems
- Advanced Python programming, production-quality code
- Foundational ML algorithms knowledge
- Hands-on with PyTorch, Transformers, HuggingFace
- Knowledge of language models, prompt engineering, finetuning, domain adaptation
- Familiarity with latest DL frameworks
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and business audiences
