Job Summary
Lead research and deployment of state-of-the-art machine learning models across NLP, speech analytics, time-series, reinforcement learning and recommendation systems. Collaborate with Business, Technology, Product Management, Legal, Compliance, Strategy and Business Management to deploy solutions into production. Requires a PhD in a quantitative discipline or an MS with 7+ years of experience, solid NLP/speech analytics expertise, hands-on DL/ML toolkit proficiency (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, Pandas), ability to design experiments and evaluate metrics, experience with big data and scalable model training, and strong communication for technical and business audiences. Preference for candidates with mathematics/statistics background, familiarity with financial services, A/B experimentation, cloud-native deployment at scale, and published ML/DL/RL research.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Optimization, or Data Science) OR MS with at least 7 years of industry or research experience in the field.
- Strong background in NLP or speech recognition and analytics; personalization/recommendation; hands-on ML/DL methods.
