Job Summary
Design and build AI agents and agentic systems aligned with real-world workflows, rapidly prototyping LLM-powered solutions into production environments. Integrate AI capabilities into core platforms via APIs and microservices while owning end-to-end delivery from concept through scale. Develop and maintain scalable MLOps infrastructure to support robust, performant systems ready for enterprise deployment. Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to ensure high-quality data pipelines and system performance. Requires 5+ years in software engineering with 2+ years deploying production AI/LLM systems, strong distributed systems experience, and advanced English communication skills. Work in a high-autonomy environment focused on shipping real systems over perfect specs.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering
- 2+ years building and deploying production AI / LLM / agentic systems
- Strong experience with distributed systems, APIs, and modern architectures
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and MLOps tooling
- Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, system design)
- Experience working in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
- Advanced English communication skills

- Experience building multi-agent systems or agent orchestration frameworks
- Exposure to real-time conversational AI or LLM integrations
- Experience integrating AI into enterprise SaaS platforms
