Job Summary
Applied AI Scientist responsible for designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade AI agents that automate high-value, multi-step business workflows across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Risk, and Finance. Own agentic architecture and orchestration from tool use and memory management to multi-step planning, with human-in-the-loop escalation, guardrails, and audit trails in an enterprise fintech environment. Build and maintain RAG pipelines grounding agents in proprietary knowledge (product docs, customer data, financial records, internal playbooks) using vector databases, hybrid search, and re-ranking. Define evaluation frameworks to measure task completion, accuracy, hallucination rates, latency, and business impact, then iterate on agent behavior based on usage data and stakeholder feedback. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical features, delivering production-ready AI solutions that drive measurable ROI.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering
- Experience deploying AI agents or agentic workflows in production
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Deep experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
- Experience with building RAG systems and Conversational chatbots (advantage)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) for deployment and AI-Ops practices
