Job Summary
Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered products leveraging LLMs, agentic frameworks, and workflow automation. Identify commercial opportunities, size market potential, and define AI-driven solutions that improve merchant acquisition, onboarding, and growth. Partner with business leaders, engineers, and data scientists to prioritize, deliver, and scale high-impact AI use cases across the merchant payments value chain. Lead end-to-end product delivery from experimentation through production launch while establishing performance metrics and embedding governance, risk, and responsible AI principles.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience delivering AI products leveraging LLMs, APIs, workflow automation, or related technologies
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile delivery methodologies
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, including opportunity assessment, business case development, and performance measurement
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, agentic workflows, AI orchestration frameworks, or GenAI ecosystems
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a highly matrixed environment

- Payments, fintech, financial services, commerce, or other highly regulated industry experience
