Job Summary
Lead the design, development and execution of Data Science and related modeling/analytical efforts within the C360 organization; set and communicate strategic vision for leveraging AI/ML to create organizational value; lead cross-functional communications and executive-level presentations; stay abreast of economics, financial markets and analytical innovations; collaborate with Risk, Finance, Technology, CDAO, and broader Data Science community; requires expertise in AI techniques (ML, NLP, semantic searching, LLMs, RAG), advanced degree in a quantitative field, strong programming (Python, PySpark), and proven leadership of global analytical teams.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in AI techniques including ML, NLP, semantic searching, LLMs, and RAG
- Advanced Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Finance, or related field (Master’s or PhD)
- Strong programming skills (Python, PySpark)
- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to prepare and present executive-level presentations
- Ability to lead and oversee a quantitative team; big-picture problem solving
- Experience building and managing global analytical teams
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to collaborate across Risk, Finance, Technology, and Data Analytics offices
