Job Summary
Applied AI/ML Vice President will design, build, and scale NLP solutions and end-to-end model lifecycle; work across product, engineering, operations, and risk to translate operational needs into production-grade language capabilities such as intelligent search, summarization, classification, and next-best-action; contribute to the full product development lifecycle and act as an advanced contributor in system development, NLP, and ML; drive continuous learning and improvements to data quality, model monitoring in production, and reduction of operational effort and variability across workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with 3+ years OR master’s degree with 2+ in Computer Science, with training and work experience in LLM/NLP and search.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills to present analytical findings and influence stakeholders.
- Advanced demonstratable programming skills in more than one language such as Spark, Python, Scala, Java.
- Ability to learn quickly programming in another language and strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and databases.
- Undergraduate and master’s degree in computer science with concentration in NLP or Search experience.
- Optional, great to have - experience in developing large-scale machine learning solutions based on big data (e.g., Classification, Regression, Recommender Systems)
