Job Summary
Lead Researcher to architect and deploy GenAI/agentic AI solutions for Commercial Banking. Bridge theory and enterprise-scale systems, delivering multiple agents that orchestrate end-to-end workflows, and scale across the firm. Build services and libraries for AI teams, mentor a high-performing AI engineering team, and ensure production-grade scalability, reliability, and security of AI/ML solutions while collaborating with Lines of Business and partners across the bank. Strong emphasis on research experience, practical data analysis, experimental design, and deployment in production environments; familiarity with distributed computing patterns and AWS platforms (SageMaker/Bedrock) is highly valued. PhD-level education is preferred.
