Own the end-to-end ML solution design, stakeholder management, and continuous optimization, including building a Q&A solution with advanced NLP, designing experiments with LLMs/SLMs, and delivering production-ready AI capabilities. Responsibilities include monthly releases, optimization for retrieval and search tasks, and leveraging Python, transformers, dense/sparse retrieval, and domain-specific financial NLP techniques to improve user interactions on chase.com. Skills include Python for data science, supervised/unsupervised learning, feature engineering, hyperparameter optimization, neural networks (CNN/RNN/LSTM/Transformers), open-source embedding models, semantic search, prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, domain adaptation for banking NLP, evaluation metrics (MRR, NDCG, exact match), distributed training, and tools like Snowflake, Databricks, and SageMaker.
