Job Summary
VP, Applied AI ML Lead responsible for designing and delivering AI/ML solutions to enhance JPMorgan Chase's data governance and management. Responsibilities include designing AI/ML-enabled data solutions, building prototypes to demonstrate value, collaborating with lines of business and corporate functions, partnering with engineering and data science teams, maintaining thorough documentation of models and experiments, presenting results to business and technical stakeholders, and staying current with the latest AI/ML research (LLM, ML) to drive ongoing enhancements.
Required Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on data and AI/ML concepts, with expert applied experience
- Proven commercial experience developing in Python
- Manipulating large volumes of complex data using SQL
- Extensive experience as a data scientist, AI/ML engineer, or AI/ML researcher
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with many constraints
- Ability to articulate business needs to technical leadership and technical issues to business leadership
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship
