Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI/ML solutions to enhance operations; design and deploy generative AI applications to automate and optimize business processes; collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions; analyze large datasets to drive data-driven decisions; ensure production-grade scalability and reliability of AI/ML solutions; stay current with AI/ML advancements and mentor junior team members in best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. with 2+ years experience or Masters with 4+ years experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- Experience deploying AI/ML applications in production environments, with skills in deploying models on AWS platforms such as SageMaker or Bedrock
- Familiarity with MLOps practices (design, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, maintenance)
- Expertise with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning, or Scikit-learn
- Proficiency in Python and writing comprehensive tests (pytest)
- Experience with generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, transformers)
- Strong data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation knowledge
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
