Job Summary
Applied AI ML Engineer-Senior Associate in Corporate & Investment Bank developing and deploying AI/ML solutions to automate and optimize operations. Responsibilities include designing and implementing ML models, deploying generative AI applications, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, analyzing large datasets for actionable insights, ensuring production-grade scalability and reliability, staying current with AI/ML advancements, mentoring junior team members, and leveraging AWS SageMaker/Bedrock, MLOps, and TensorFlow/PyTorch/Scikit-learn pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- Ph.D. with 1+ year experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Masters with 2+ years experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Experience deploying AI/ML applications in a production environment, with skills in deploying models on AWS platforms such as SageMaker or Bedrock
- Familiarity with MLOps practices (design, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, maintenance)
- Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, PyTorch Lightning, or Scikit-learn
- Proficiency in Python
- Proficiency in writing comprehensive test cases with pytest
- Experience with generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, transformers)
- Data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
- Familiarity with AWS and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Amazon EKS)
- Excellent problem-solving and independent/collaborative work
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts
