Architects and develops GenAI and Agentic solutions to automate complex operational processes; assists JPMorganChase Lines of Business to solve priority use cases; delivers multiple agents that collaborate to solve large problems and scale across the firm; designs and builds services and libraries for AI teams; mentors AI engineers; ensures scalable, reliable, secure AI/ML deployments in production; collaborates with stakeholders to maximize impact across Lines of Business and firmwide.
Required Qualifications
- Research experience or have worked in one of the top commercial AI research labs, in a Director level or equivalent role
- Deep understanding of AI fundamentals and practical experience with data analysis and experimental design
- Proven track record of deploying AI/ML applications in a production environment at scale
- Familiarity with distributed computing patterns for training, serving, persistence of state
- Experience integrating user feedback to establish agentic refinement and self-improving AI applications
- Experience in building and leading high-performing AI teams
