Job Summary
Build AI agents, workflows, and automations that solve real customer, product, and operations problems within BJAK's AI Neobank app. Apply large language models, retrieval, tool calling, and guardrails to practical financial workflows covering onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, and document handling. Work with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact features, then ship working systems that prioritize accuracy, latency, cost, and security. Transform manual processes into reliable, scalable AI-enabled systems while managing hallucination risks and compliance constraints.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on engineering ability
- Experience building AI agents
- Experience building LLM apps
- Experience building RAG systems
- Experience building automation workflows
- Experience building copilots
- Experience building AI-enabled tools
- Strong coding ability in Python
- Strong coding ability in TypeScript
- Strong coding ability in JavaScript
- Good judgement on what should be automated and what should not
- Able to ship working systems
- Able to test quality
- Able to improve reliability over time
- Strong English communication
- Based in US
