Job Summary
Build AI agents, workflows, and tools that automate real customer, product, and operations problems within BJAK's AI Neobank app. Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows covering onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, and document handling. Design systems around constraints including accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust. Ship working systems, test quality, and improve reliability over time. Work with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact features and build them quickly. This role is not research-only; it requires hands-on engineering ability to turn manual processes into scalable, reliable AI-enabled systems.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on engineering ability

- Experience building automation workflows
- Experience building copilots
- Experience building AI-enabled tools
- Strong coding ability in Python
- Strong coding ability in TypeScript
- Strong coding ability in JavaScript
- Good judgement on what should be automated and what should not
- Able to ship working systems
- Able to test quality
- Able to improve reliability over time
- Strong English communication
- Ability to work from UK office at least 3 days per week
- Ability to work with product, ops and business teams
