Applied AI Engineer

Applied AI Engineer to design and ship end-to-end AI features in production with a focus on LLM-powered workflows, model reliability, evals, agents, and document intelligence. Responsibilities include building production AI systems beyond simple API wrappers, solving real customer problems through end-to-end ownership from prompts to deployment, and collaborating across a stack (TypeScript/React frontend with Python backend) to integrate AI into real product workflows. Strong emphasis on practical product judgment about when to ship and what AI should do, extracting structured data from messy real-world documents, and working directly with customers to iterate on outputs. In-person role based in London with visa sponsorship and relocation fully covered. Must be comfortable operating in a high-ownership startup environment and contributing across the stack to deliver user-facing AI features from day one.
