Job Summary
Build AI agents, workflows, and tools that automate real customer, product, and operations problems within BJAK's AI Neobank app. Apply large language models, retrieval, tool calling, and guardrails to practical financial workflows for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, and document handling. Work with product and engineering teams to identify high-value builds, ship systems quickly, and improve reliability in production. Design around constraints including accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, and compliance. Turn manual processes into scalable AI-enabled systems. This role is remote for candidates based in the Netherlands with strong English communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on engineering ability

- Experience building automation workflows
- Experience building copilots
- Experience building AI-enabled tools
- Strong coding ability in Python
- Strong coding ability in TypeScript
- Strong coding ability in JavaScript

- Able to ship working systems

- Able to improve reliability over time
- Strong English communication
- Must be based in the Netherlands
