Job Summary
Build AI agents, workflows, and tools that automate real customer, product, and operations problems within BJAK's AI Neobank app. Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, and guardrails to practical financial workflows covering onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, and document handling. Design systems around accuracy, latency, cost, security, and compliance while turning manual processes into reliable, scalable AI-enabled solutions. Work with product and engineering teams to identify high-value builds, ship working systems, and continuously improve reliability in production. This hybrid role requires at least three days in our Malaysia office, with English as the primary working language.

- Strong coding ability in Python
