Job Summary
Translate complex business processes into autonomous AI agent logic and configure agents to interact with enterprise systems like ERP and CRM. Develop and test agent behaviors using scripting and platform tools while collaborating with AI engineers to enhance performance and adaptability. Work with SMEs and implementation teams to map processes into logical steps, ensuring workflows align with business rules and operational KPIs. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production deployment and validate use cases through customer engagements. Maintain clear documentation for agent configuration and iteration. This role combines technical development, process understanding, and applied AI design to optimize workflows and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Software development or scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of enterprise application integration and data flow management
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical logic
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to AI frameworks, APIs, or agent orchestration tools
- Exposure to the four domains: Supply Chain, Asset Management, Procurement and FSM
