Job Summary
Build AI agents, workflows, and tools that automate real customer, product, and operations problems within BJAK's AI Neobank app. Apply large language models, retrieval, tool calling, and guardrails to practical financial workflows covering onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, and document handling. Work with product and engineering teams to identify high-value features, ship working systems, and improve reliability while managing constraints like accuracy, latency, cost, and compliance. This role focuses on building production-grade AI-native systems rather than research-only projects, requiring strong engineering skills in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript. Candidates must be based in Hong Kong with proven experience shipping serious products.
