Job Summary
Build AI agents, workflows, and tools that automate real customer, product, and operations problems within BJAK's AI Neobank app. Apply large language models, retrieval, tool calling, and guardrails to practical financial workflows covering onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, and document handling. Work with product and engineering teams to identify high-value features, ship working systems quickly, and improve reliability in production while managing constraints like accuracy, latency, cost, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on engineering ability

- Strong coding ability in Python
