Job Summary
Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, and automation systems for BJAK's AI Neobank app, applying AI across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, and internal tools. Integrate LLMs with business systems, design evaluation and fallback flows to ensure safe, reliable outputs, and prototype quickly before productionizing solutions that improve speed and quality. Work with product and engineering teams to transform manual processes into scalable AI-native systems, connecting AI with real product, data, and operational workflows. This hybrid role requires at least three days in our UK office, with a fast interview process including an online assessment and CEO round.
