Job Summary
Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, and automation systems across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, and internal tools. Integrate LLMs with business data, APIs, documents, and knowledge bases to turn manual processes into scalable AI-native solutions. Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows to ensure outputs are safe, reliable, and useful. Prototype quickly, test with users or operators, and productionize systems that improve speed, quality, and consistency. Work with product and engineering teams to implement AI where it creates real business value. This hybrid role in Taiwan requires at least three days in-office per week and strong English communication. Candidates must demonstrate practical builder skills with LLM APIs, agents, or RAG, and show judgment on where AI fits versus rule-based systems.
