Job Summary
Build AI agents, workflows, and tools that automate real customer, product, and operations problems within BJAK's AI Neobank app. Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, and document handling. Design systems around constraints like accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, and compliance, turning manual processes into reliable, scalable AI-enabled solutions. Work with product and engineering teams to identify high-value builds, ship quickly, and improve reliability in production. This role requires hands-on engineering to automate real workflows and reduce manual work, not just research or demos. Candidates must be based in Singapore, with strong English communication and experience shipping working systems.
