Job Summary
Build AI agents, workflows, and tools that automate real customer, product, and operations problems within BJAK's AI Neobank app. Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows covering onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, and document handling. Design systems around constraints including accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust. Ship working systems, test quality, and improve reliability over time while collaborating with product and engineering teams. This role is remote for candidates based in the Netherlands, with English as the primary working language.

- Hands-on engineering ability

- Experience building automation workflows

- Experience building AI-enabled tools
- Strong coding ability in Python
