Job Summary
Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, and automation systems for BJAK's AI Neobank app, applying AI across customer support, onboarding, claims, and internal tools. Integrate LLMs with business data, APIs, and knowledge bases to turn manual processes into scalable, reliable systems. Design evaluation and fallback flows to ensure safe, consistent outputs, then prototype, test with users, and productionize solutions that improve speed and quality. Work with product and engineering teams to deliver practical AI systems that reduce manual work and enhance financial services, prioritizing guardrails and measurable impact over pure experimentation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong software engineering foundation
- Python

- Able to connect AI systems with real product, data and operational workflows
