Job Summary
Build AI agents, workflows, and tools that automate real customer, product, and operations problems for BJAK's AI Neobank app. Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows covering onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, document handling, and product intelligence. Work with product and engineering teams to identify high-value builds, ship working systems, and improve reliability while designing around constraints like accuracy, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust. Turn manual processes into scalable AI-enabled systems. Candidates must be based in Hong Kong with strong English communication.
