Job Summary
Build AI agents, workflows, and tools that automate real customer, product, and operations problems within BJAK's AI Neobank app. Apply large language models, retrieval, tool calling, and guardrails to practical financial workflows covering onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, and document handling. Design systems around constraints like accuracy, latency, cost, security, and compliance to turn manual processes into reliable, scalable AI-enabled solutions. Work with product and engineering teams to identify high-impact features, ship working systems, and continuously improve reliability in production.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on engineering ability
- Experience building AI agents

- Experience building RAG systems
- Experience building automation workflows
- Experience building copilots
- Experience building AI-enabled tools
- Strong coding ability in Python
- Strong coding ability in TypeScript
