Job Summary
Architect and deploy autonomous and assistive AI agents within a production multi-agent system. Design and implement agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, semantic search over vector databases, and tool integrations; build microservices-based architectures, instrument tracing and metrics, and drive data-driven evaluation (A/B tests). Mentor team members on agent frameworks, LLM usage, safety practices, and performance optimization; collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable business impact in financial services domains.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
