Job Summary
Adjust equipment based on tooling and customer technical requirements, program PLC and HMI for operator use on the 9700XY model, and troubleshoot internal and external applications by identifying root causes and determining mitigation options. Communicate customer needs and design requirements to Engineering, supply data-based literature including manuals and data sheets, and generate product notes for specific functionality implementation. Manage APIN inventory through cycle counts, relabeling, and quality checks while adhering to document control practices and safety procedures. Perform conceptual or run-off testing, inspect components for quality, and support special projects as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical ability
- Proficient use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Ability to use CAD software (e.g. Solidworks)
- Metrology
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Testing to EIA Standards
- Machining and knowledge of electrical systems
